2020 changed everything. Smiley Face Media moved to Lorry’s hometown in Indiana, and much to everyone’s surprise, Rick and Lorry chose to stay and grow their roots in Huntington. The challenge: conducting shoots with the bare minimum amount of people on set in a small Midwest town with clients across the country and globe. With a little systematic restructuring and testing the limits of a 2-person team, “Contactless Content” became the smiley face way during the pandemic and has proven to be a viable, time-saving, cost-saving approach that we continue to utilize and enjoy.
